Ah, relationships.  For those who remember - or who are reading the Luann Againn strips from 1985 (www.gocomics.com/Luann-Againn) - the characters began with rather simple relationships:  Luann, Bernice and Delta were best friends. Luann and Brad were classic bickering siblings.  Luann was infatuated with Aaron Hill, infuriated by Tiffany, and inconsiderate to Gunther. Mr. Fogarty and Mrs. Phelps gave variety to life at school and the DeGroot parents were "off screen" characters - just voices in speech bubbles.    ...
